What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are used to measure your query usage. Their consumption varies with the GPT model you use. A GPT-3.5 query consumes 1 credit. A GPT-4 query consumes 10 credits. View your credit consumption by navigating to [Bots] in the Admin Console
What happens if I don't have enough credits?
If you've exhausted the number of queries available to your subscription, you will not be able to interact with the model until you either top-up more credits or wait until your credits reset. You can go to [Purchase] in the Admin Console
to buy the additional credits that suit your needs. The credits will remain available until consumed as long as your account remains active.
Is my data safe and where is my data stored?
Yes, we take your data security and privacy very seriously. All your data, including the knowledge base, uploaded documents, and AI interactions, are securely stored on Sand Studio's servers, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This provides a secure environment with firewalls, data encryption, and DDoS mitigation. We will not provide your data to OpenAI, and your data is NOT used in any ML training or any beyond-service analysis.

ChatInsight supports all major credit cards and debit cards. We secure your payment method with a 3D secure authentication for your privacy and protection. We also accept PayPal.

The accuracy of the chatbot answers will depend on the quality of the data used to train the model. The more high-quality and relevant data you provide, the more accurate the answers will be.
